Abiodun Adeleke

Founder/CEO

Abiodun Adeleke is a social advocate, public speaker, leadership coach, author, and playwright. An Information Technology professional with years of experience with a background in system engineering and information security with a career that cuts across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. A passionate learner with an unquenchable thirst for excellence. His passion for social and economic change led to the founding of Golden Oasis Spring Foundation and his passion for quality leadership in Africa led to the founding of Oasis Leadership Academy. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of Women of Concern Professionals and Strategic Conscious Networking (WOCPSCN), a New York-based nonprofit organisation committed to community development, gender equality, and gender equity. A passionate advocate against S-GBV (Sexual and Gender-Based Violence) Abiodun is the International Chair of Walking In Silence For The Silenced, a global annual Domestic Violence solidarity walk, an initiative of WOCPSCN. His quest for academic enrichment in the social sector led to taking different courses at Philanthropy University and The Open University UK. He pastors the Teens Church of Jakande District of Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria.

Omobola Olayiwola

Head, Operations/Logistics

Omobola Olayiwola is a graduate of guidance and counselling from Lagos State University, a passionate counsellor, organized and pays attention to details. She is the President of Seed Growth Initiative, a platform through which she reaches out to teenagers to stem the tide of abuse, teenage pregnancy and other challenges confronting young people. As a registered teacher who finds joy in imparting knowledge for transformational growth in society, she is the proprietress of Nurtured Seeds Schools.

Damilola Bakare

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Damilola Bakare is a passionate advocate for the African child and skillfully contributes to unlocking the boundless potentials that are locked up in the African child. A skilled Content and Innovation strategist, highly organized and always proactive. Dami loves public speaking, project planning, writing, and travelling. She is the Principal Consultant at The Lizrock Creed and a columnist at Freesurge Magazine.

David Onyekachi

Head, HR/Admin

David Onyekachi is a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management and Digital Transformation. He is currently a PE 2 student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). David graduated with a second class upper degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence.

In recognition of his leadership potential, David received the Common Purpose Leadership badge in 2019. He has also enriched his global perspective as an alumnus of the Global Citizenship program organized by UNESCO and the Asia Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding.

David’s career highlights his dedication to leveraging human resources for organisational success and his proactive approach to embracing digital transformation in the workplace. His achievements underscore his commitment to continuous learning and leadership development in the field of Human Capital Management.

Fortunate Mbakwe Chidera

Fortunate Mbakwe Chidera is an Architect by profession, a wife, and a mother of three. She is a serial entrepreneur with a special passion for children and youth development. Her passion for excellence in children and youth made her partner with organizations that reach out to children and youth. Being the Co founder of Rescue the Youth International,she has proven to be a goal-getter and an excellent achiever

She is also a coach and the CEO Of Made for More Consults , a personal development company geared towards improving the overall performance of employees, students and entrepreneurs in general.
She has so far trained about 10 school including their staff and students.

She also recently completed a digital marketing course with She Leads Africa and Digital marketing skill institute. She has honed her skills to include copywriting, creative writing, and proof reading.

Shamiga Felix

Head, Monitoring & Evaluation

Shamiga Felix is a Data Specialist/Analyst, Pear Education Trainer (PET), an Independent Consultant (Data Collection and Management) and a graduate of Mechanical Engineering (Production/Manufacturing). His career path is tailored towards project and program implementation and he has been involved in various stages of the programme cycle; planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, data collection and impact surveys.

Maryjane Ojegba Atugbokoh

Head of Advocacy/Head, Walking In Silence For The Silenced (Nigerian Team)

Maryjane Ojegba Atugbokoh is the Principal Consultant of Mj Touching Lives Uniquely, a Faith-based Agency promoting Love, Peace and Hope. A writer and speaker on self-esteem, Effective Sexuality Education, No Bad Person, Glorious Marriage and Destiny. A volunteer – (Disciple Diva) at God’s Own Diva Club, Global Outreach, a Faith-based morality club made up of a network of women passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders.

As a passionate advocate against sexual and gender-based violence, Maryjane is the head of our advocacy and also heads the Nigerian team of the Walking In Silence For The Silenced, a global annual domestic violence solidarity walk. 

Precious Okim

Deputy Head, Walking In Silence For The Silenced (Nigerian Team)

Precious Okim is passionate about driving positive change in public health, Precious Onyedikachi Okim is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over a decade of experience in leading impactful initiatives. Currently serving as the Assistant Field Coordinator for the ART Impact Survey, Precious is dedicated to overseeing field activities, ensuring data quality, and coordinating survey logistics to improve health outcomes.

In addition to this role, Precious has extensive experience in immunization management and HIV programming. As the State Team Lead for the Delivering Innovation in Self-Care (DISC) Project with the Society for Family Health, Precious focused on driving demand for self-injectable contraceptive services and integrating self-care innovations into state health policies.

Precious also served as the State Lead for the Southern Traditional and Religious Leaders’ Engagement (SoRTLE) Project with the SYDANI Group. In this role, Precious played a pivotal role in coordinating stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and community sensitization efforts related to immunization campaigns. Before these roles, Precious coordinated support for HIV/AIDS testing programs with Idmibok International, mobilizing resources and facilitating community-level outreaches to enhance access to testing and treatment services. Additionally, Precious made significant contributions to HIV prevention and reproductive health education by mobilizing and training volunteer corps members for the NiBUCAA Ambassadors NYSC Initiative Project.

Throughout a distinguished career, Precious has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and program implementation, resulting in measurable improvements in sexual and reproductive health outcomes. Committed to leveraging extensive experience and passion for public health, Precious collaborates with like-minded individuals and organizations to drive impactful solutions.
